How does the Citronella Candle Refill process work?
Book your order and we'll pick up your empty 250ml jar from your doorstep. We refill it fresh and deliver it back after 14 days of curing.
Does the Citronella refill still work to keep mosquitoes away?
Yes — it keeps the same citronella leaf formulation as our original Citronella candle. Refilling doesn't change its usual mosquito-deterring scent throw.
Best used indoors or outdoors?
Both — it's popular on patios and porches for outdoor gatherings. It works just as well indoors near windows or doors where bugs tend to get in.

No scented candle is risk-free for every pet, but you can choose and use one with care. LUMI candles use 100% soy wax and synthetic, phthalate-free fragrance oil, and every product page lists its scent notes. Scents marked "Pet-friendly scent profile" are made without notes that veterinary poison centers put on their caution lists, such as eucalyptus, peppermint, citrus, cinnamon, clove, pine, cedarwood, lavender, wintergreen and tea tree. Current examples are Vanilla, Coffee Brew, Green Tea and Fresh Bamboo; the full list is in our pet guide. Scents with those notes carry a cat-and-bird caution instead. Whichever you choose: burn for limited periods in a well-ventilated room; keep candles, reed diffusers and refill oil where pets can't knock them over or lick them; never leave a flame unattended; and keep birds and pets with breathing problems out of the room. If oil or wax gets on fur, wash it off with mild dish soap. If your pet drools, vomits, coughs or seems wobbly, stop use, air out the room and call your veterinarian.

The shipping time can vary depending on several factors, including the destination and the shipping method selected.
