The shipping time can vary depending on several factors, including the destination and the shipping method selected.
Generally, shipments within Metro Manila takes 1-3 business days only while shipments to provinces take 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated time frames and can be subject to delays beyond our control depending on the courier.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery services within Metro Manila for orders arranged before the 11:00 am cut-off time.
If you have urgent requests, you can also choose to pick up your orders from our LUMI Showroom in San Juan between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.
